No, Lakeview Terrace is not terrible, it's actually pretty good. It has some significant to say about race relations. Sam L. Jackson is awesome, as always. In fact almost every performance is spot on. The only real problem with it is that the script is kind of stupid at some points. Over all it sums up to be a very solid, very suspenseful movie.
