Burn After Reading, by the Coen Brothers (who made The Big Lebowski, Fargo, and No Country for Old Men). It is a confusing government spy comedy. I really thought this movie was hilarious, though not as funny or good as Lebowski. Brad Pitt gives the most comedic performance as a complete idiot who thinks he has important files (that are actually worthless). There were many funny parts so I can recommend it.
